It’s an excellent accessory for the Cinders BBQ hire. The griddle plate sits on one side of the barbecue to convert to a flat top. Perfect for frying onions, stir-frying vegetables or cooking fried eggs, black pudding, etc, when doing outdoor breakfasts. Constructed from 6mm thick cooking grade aluminium with lipped edges, the Universal Griddle slides from side to side on the Cinders Caterer barbecue.
